The location was good but the view from the room i was expecting was not there the view from the balcony was buildings and nothing else was expecting mountains.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment i arrived, the hotel impressed me with its welcoming ambiance and pristine environment. Cleanliness and hygiene: the hygiene standards at this property are truly commendable. The room was spotless, with every surface gleaming and the bed linens crisp and fresh. The bathroom was a highlight - impeccably clean, well-stocked with high-quality toiletries, and featuring a modern design that added a touch of luxury. So there are 2 hotels under rishikesh grand - rishikesh grand and elite hills. Hotel with a proper view is rishikesh grand and i booked a deluxe room with balcony in that only but we were shifted to elite hills which doesn’t have balcony and view and when asked about to change, we were told both the hotels are same.

We have visited this hotel on 6 th n 7th. Room was stinking. Drainage system was horrible how come mmt suggest this type of hotels in their app. Mmt must maintained n ch k hotels they suggest in this app as they are also charging. Not giving free service. Pls ch k standards of all hotels before you suggest to your customers

It was not exactly the same as shown in the photos. Staff was good but as per photos shown it is awesome but in actual it is not awesome

The stay was very good, nice clean rooms and linen. The washroom was also good. The food was little expensive

The swimming pool in hotel is actually pool for children not for adults, all rooms have same view, no benefit to pay extra charge

The buffet breakfast was horrible. I never saw maggie is included in breakfast in a hotel. The sandwiches were not grilled. Toaster was off due to power cut. Staff members were not present in the venue where breakfast was being served. The toiletries were missing 8n the room. Tv was not working. Overall, it was a bad experience.
